This looks like it's an Only For You coupon, which is sent to folks that sign up for Promotional contacts like texts and emails in their HEB mobile app. If you need to check if you've signed up, open your HEB app, then tap where it says Account. (On Android, it's on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. I don't have an iPhone, so I'm not sure where it is in that version of the app.) The next screen should say Hi, YOUR NAME! Then tap Communication. On the next screen, make sure the Promotions & Announcements button is turned to Blue. That way, you'll be set up to receive these offers going forward! Don't need cat litter?
