You can use these coupons at any chain that accepts manufacturer coupons -- including Target, Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens! HEB has temporarily suspended their coupon program and is leaving it up to individual store managers to decide if they want to accept manufacturer coupons at this time.
Walmart shoppers have an even better deal, since they have $8 worth of exclusive Ibotta rebates available to submit. And yes, you can absolutely submit a receipt with coupons!
So that's a combined $39 worth of savings available! Keep in mind I recommend not going out to the stores right now unless you absolutely have to. But if you do have to go out, at least you don't have to pay full price!
